The 5 Principles of Fitness

What does Fitness mean to you?

Fitness is not only the physical capacity to meet and exceed the daily demands in everyday life, it is the mental edge developed through hard work that gives you the ability to adapt to and conquer everyday stresses.

There are 5 principles of fitness that I will go over in the next few days.
 These principles are:
  • Muscular Strength
  • Muscular Endurance
  •  Cardiorespiratory Fitness
  •  Flexibility
  •  Body Composition.

  These five basic principles prepare your body and your mind to conquer the day.
